Indian Trails is located in beautiful Palm Harbor, Florida, not far from the Gulf of Mexico.
The subdivision was first established in 1978 and consists of 148 homes. Indian Trails is a deed restricted community that has certain rules and regulations that must be adhered to by all homeowners. Indian Trails is governed by a homeowners association, ITHOA, Inc. As a homeowner, it is your responsibility to be familiar with the articles of incorporation and the deed restriction guidelines.
Each year, in January, a board of directors is chosen from among the homeowners to represent the membership at regularly established board meetings. The board of directors elects its officers and appoints committee heads. Committee heads appoint their members subject to the approval of the board.
