Complaint to HOA Board and Property Manager for Deed Restriction Violation

​Process to submit a complaint or violation of the Indian Trails Homeowners Association Covenants and Restrictions. Examples to report (full list is located in the deed restrictions guidelines): yards not in first class appearance, parking issues, boats, jet skis, recreational equipment (RVs), trailers, house/structure unkempt, trash/storage/rubbish on property, commercial vehicle, unapproved modification or structure.

Violations of deed restrictions may be reported by property owners either by

  • Submit online form or

  • Download and complete PDF form and email form to manager@ithoa.org or send via postal mail to ITHOA manager, P.O. Box 1532, Palm Harbor, FL 34682. Link to Complaint Form
